Use these ready answers to reduce repeated questions and guide the customer toward the right setup request.
How long does it last?
Runtime depends on usable battery energy divided by the real load. A 2.048Wh station with 85% usable efficiency gives about 1.740Wh. A 180W fridge load can run roughly 9-10 hours if it draws continuously, often longer because fridges cycle on and off.
Can it run a fridge?
Yes, but the right model depends on fridge wattage, startup surge and required hours. Small domestic fridges often fit medium stations; long blackout protection is usually better with 1.500Wh to 3.000Wh+.
Can it run a coffee machine?
Often yes, but espresso machines can pull 1.000W to 1.500W+ and may have heating peaks. We treat cafes and coffee machines as manual-review loads because output power matters as much as battery capacity.
Can I use solar panels?
Yes if the station supports solar input and panel voltage/current are compatible. Solar helps extend runtime, but daily production depends on panel watts, orientation, shade and sun hours.
Does it make noise?
Portable power stations are much quieter than fuel generators. Fans may run under heavy load or charging, but there is no engine noise, no fuel smell and no exhaust emissions during use.
Warranty?
Warranty depends on the selected supplier and exact model. Cavetechia validates availability, supplier conditions and return rules before confirming each order.
Who installs it?
Portable units are normally plug-and-use. Larger home/business integrations, transfer switches, fixed solar or distribution-board work require qualified installers and local electrical compliance.
Is financing available?
Financing is not active by default. For higher-value setups, the request should be classified separately and handled with assisted proposal options.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery depends on stock, supplier location and country. The site currently validates the catalog with supplier partners before activating products for purchase.
